FAQs

How do I access a class notebook?

Open the Microsoft Education LTI from the course navigation, select Class Notebook, and then click Open Notebook. This will open the notebook in a new browser tab. If you see a message saying "When your educator sets of Class Notebook, you'll get to it here", the instructor will need to create one. Reference step 6 from this article.

Who has access to a class notebook?

Only Students and instructors should have access to the notebook for that class.

Where are class notebooks stored?

The first time the instructor opens the Microsoft Education LTI a new SharePoint group is created and labeled "GRP-*course name*". When the instructor sets up a notebook (see step 6 from this article for more info), a new notebook is created in that course's SharePoint group.
