Graduated Students and Setting Forwards

Graduated students are able to set forwards in Online Toolkit. If you have NOT graduated, you will not be able to set the forward. If you return as a student or become faculty/staff, any previously-created forward will automatically be removed.

 

Graduated Student Set Forward

If a student wants to set a forward below are the steps. 

  1. In Online Toolkit go to My Profile.

  1. Under Recovery Information, enter the email to set forward. Click Submit at the bottom.

  1. In Online Toolkit go to My Profile.

  1. Under Recovery Information, delete the email to remove forward. Click Submit at the bottom.

The Recovery Information section of the My Profile page highlights the Email Forward field, where users can enter a personal email address to receive forwarded messages after graduating. The accompanying text explains that the forwarding address will be used for email forwarding when the user becomes a graduated student.
