View Session Reservations

  1. Select the topic where the session is located.
  2. Select the session.
  3. Select View Reservations.

    NOTE: You may also print the attendee list from here if you'd like.

Take Session Attendance

Record attendance for those that attended your Signup session.

  1. Select the topic where the session is located
  2. Select the session.
  3. Select View Reservations
  4. Change participant’s status to attended or missed.
  5. Select Record Attendance at the bottom of the screen.

Remove a Participant From the Workshop List

  1. Remove Participant from the Workshop List.
  2. Select the topic where the session is located.
  3. Select the session.
  4. Select View Reservations
  5. Select the red remove button.

Send a Manual Workshop Reminder

By default the Signup tool sends workshop participants an email 3 days before and the day before the workshop. If you would like send a manual reminder to participants:

  1. Select the topic where the session is located.
  2. Select the session.
  3. Select View Reservations.
  4. Select the green arrow icon.

    NOTE: A reminder will be sent to the individual participant.

View Survey Results for an Individual Session

  1. Click on the topic where the session is located.
  2. Click on the session.
  3. Click View Survey Results.
  4. View Survey Results for Topic.
  5. Click on the topic where the session is located.
  6. Click View Survey Results.
