How to Encrypt an Outlook Email on MacOS

  1. Create a new email.
  2. Select the Encryption option from the toolbar
     outlook encrypt new email screen that shows the encrypt icon being selected
  3. Select the Encryption icon and choose to either forward or Encrypt-only.
