How to Map to the UDrive on a Mac

  1. Click Finder in the Mac menu bar.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. In your Finder Preferences, check the Connected servers check box.

  4. Click Go in the Mac menu bar.
  5. Click Connect to Server.

  6. Enter smb://files.txstate.edu/udrive for the Server Address.
  7. Click Connect.

  8. Enter your NetID (e.g., zzz99) and password.
  9. Click Connect.

  10. Click the Udrive icon on the desktop to access the Udrive or in Shared Devices select files.txstate.edu and click udrive.

    You have successfully mapped to your UDrive.
