Key Tools

  • In-Progress – This is where you will find your pending activities.
  • Timeline – This is where you can add activities that were significant to you. 
  • ePortfolios – Not in use for TXST at this time.
  • Program Applications – Not in use for TXST at this time.
  • Profile – a brief profile of you, including your email address and legal name.  
    • NOTE: Changes cannot be made to names, emails, or passwords. This information is based on official records.  
  • Help – Click the question mark in the top right corner to access the Watermark (vendor) Help Pages, but please contact ITAC if you have any support needs.  
  • Notifications – Click the bell to see any system notifications available.  
  • Sign Out – use the apps grid icon to sign out.

 

Viewing Activities  

  • In the In-Progress tab, you’ll be able to select a course to view activities.  
  • Within each course, you can sort the view of the activity list to best suit your needs: 
    • Due Date – Descending 
    • Due Date – Ascending 
    • Submissions to Assess – Descending 
    • Submissions to Assess – Ascending 
    • Open for Submission Date – Descending 
    • Open for Submission Date – Ascending 
    • Alphabetical (A-Z) 
    • Alphabetical (Z-A) 

 

Completing Activities 

  1. Log into Student Learning & Licensure.
  2. From the In-Progress tab, select the course section you’d like to access. 
  3. Click the name of the activity you’d like to complete or assess.  
  4. Click the name of the student
  5. Complete the form or assessment. 
  6. Click Save to save and return later or click Submit to complete your submission.  

    NOTE: If you need to modify a completed assessment, click undo at the top and revise your assessment.
