How to Record your Voicemail Greeting

  1. Dial the voicemail access number, 5.9520 (or 512.245.9520). 
  2. If prompted, enter your 5-digit phone extension (e.g., 52111).
  3. Enter your Security Code (PIN).

  4. Press 3 for phone manager functions.
  5. Press 1 for personal options.
  6. Press 3 to record a greeting.
  7. Press 2 to record a standard greeting.
  8. Follow the prompts to record your greeting.
