Can I schedule a deployment at a time other than 8:00, 10:30, or 2:30?

Yes! Call or LiveChat with ITAC to see if alternate times are available.

NOTE: Soon, a new self-service scheduling application will allow you to schedule an appointment any time our deployment technicians are free. 

 

Do I have to be there for my scheduled appointment?

Yes, our deployment technicians need you there for the entire hour and a half time. We will need you to log into certain programs, applications, or online resources to get them set up for you. 

 

Can someone else be there if I give them my password?

No, and you should not give your password to anyone. If ITAC discovers someone else knows your password, your account will be locked until the password is changed.

 

Can I schedule my appointment by email?

No, we cannot make appointments by email.

 

Will ITAC take my old computer?

No. Your local technical support person or administrative assistant will need to decide what to do with your old computer. Before your old computer is used by anyone else in the department, it should be reimaged by your local technical support person or by ITAC. Learn more.
