How to Reorder Apps in the Navigation bar in Teams on Your Computer

Within Microsoft Teams, you can change which apps are pinned to the Teams app navigation bar, as well as change the order of the apps shown.

Pinning Apps to the Navigation Bar

1. On the left panel menu, click the three dots ... to see more apps.
    
2. From here, you can select an app to add to your navigation menu by right clicking on the app, and then selecting Pin.
    
3. When you pin a new app to the navigation bar, it will be added to the bottom of the app List.

Changing the Order of the Pinned Apps

1. Select the app to move by clicking and dragging the app to its new location.
