How to Reorder Apps in Teams on Your Mobile Device

Within Microsoft Teams, you can change which apps are pinned to the Teams app navigation bar, as well as change the order of the apps shown.

 

Pinning Apps to the Navigation Bar

  1. Swipe up at the bottom of the screen to see more apps.
     
  2. Click either Reorder (Android) or Edit (iOS) to open the Edit Navigation page.
     
  3. Drag apps from the More section to the top to add them to the main Navigation tabs.

 

Changing the Order of the Pinned Apps

  1. In the Edit navigation page, drag and move apps so that they are in the order you prefer.
