How to Determine the Amount of Total Storage Space on a Windows Computer

  1. Click on the File Explorer Icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click on This PC in the left menu.

  3. Under the Devices and Drives section, the drive name Windows (C:) should be listed. The total amount of storage space for the hard drive or solid state drive will be the last number for this drive.
