How to Find the IP and MAC Addresses on a Mac

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu   > System Preferences, then click Network.

  1. Click the Advanced button.
in networking, select the advance tab

 

  1. With the menu buttons at the top of the window, you can locate both your IP address and your MAC address.
in the TCP/IP tab you can see your IPv4 adress

 

  1. You can also see your MAC Address in the Hardware tab.
