How to Add Microsoft OneNote Class Notebook to Canvas

  1. Navigate to your Canvas Course, then Click on Settings.

  1. Click on Navigation
in the course Navigation prompt at the top

 

  1. Click the three dots next to Class Notebook.
In settings, there is an icon that needs to selected

 

  1. Then Click on Enable, then Click on Save.
once selected youll have an option that says enable

 

  1. Now Class Notebook can be found on your course navigation menu, Click on Class Navigation.
ON the navigation side, click class notebook

 

  1. Then Click on Sign in to OneNote.
select sign in OneNote

 

  1. Name your Class Notebook, then Click on Next.
The name of your class

 

  1. Click on Next.
Click the next button in the LTi

 

  1. Click on Next.
Press the Next button agin in the LTI

 

  1. Click on Automatically add students from your LMS as they will access this notebook as well, then Click Next.
select the option lsited

 

  1. Click on Next.
Next in the LTI

 

  1. Lastly, Click on Create.
Next in the LTI again

 

  1. Click on your notebook, and will be ready to be used.
Now create LTI
