How to Add More People to an Existing SAP Variant

Body

  1. Open the SAP Business Client. 
  2. Click RP1, and click Log On.
  3. Enter your NetID and password, and click Login.
  4. If prompted, complete Duo.
  5. Click Open SAPGUI.
  6. Enter a transaction code at the top of the screen.
    1. NOTE: In this example, we will enter PT90_ATT.
  7. Click Enter.

  1. Click Get Variant.

  1. Select and highlight the appropriate Variant name.
  2. Click the green check mark.

  1. Select the yellow arrow next to Person ID.

  1. Enter additional Texas State ID numbers.
  2. Click Copy.

  1. Click Save, and click Save again.

  1. To keep the same Variant name and Meaning, click Yes. The new values will be saved. However, to give the variant a new name and meaning, click No and change the Variant name and Meaning.
  2. Click Save.
