Communications are a vital part of our brand, and we want to make it easy for faculty and staff to represent TXST well. Canva for Campus was built to give faculty and staff access to university-approved brand templates and toolkits. With Canva, faculty and staff are able to create professional, TXST-branded presentations, flyers, social media graphics, and more. Students can get full access to Canva Pro with their TXST email and can use it for everything from personal creations to class projects.
Student Canva Access
- Students have access to Canva Pro automatically with their TXST email.
- If Students are having trouble accessing Canva, please reach out to ITAC for more info.
Faculty and Staff Canva Access
- Faculty and Staff will need to request Canva access here.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for access to be granted.
- If Faculty and Staff are having trouble accessing Canva, please reach out to the Division of Marketing and Communications for more info.
How to log into Canva
- Go to https://canva.com.
- Click Log In.
- Click Continue with email.
- Enter your TXST email address (e.g., zzz99@txstate.edu), and click Continue.
NOTE: Do not enter your email alias (e.g., boko@txstate.edu).
- Enter your NetID password, and click Approve with TXST Duo.
- After you complete the Duo login process, you will be all set.
