Get Started

VMware Horizon Client may be reached from anywhere, without VPN to access desktops and applications that you need to perform your job.

These are persistent-feeling desktops, meaning your profile and applications will follow you. The systems themselves are spun up and deleted when you are done. Each time you log in, you are technically on a brand new workstation, but your profile and applications follow you.

10 GB are allotted by default to your profile. If you require more space, please contact ITAC. While files will persist on the desktop, it is recommended to store files on OneDrive or UDrive and not rely on the software. Backup applications like CrashPlan should not be used on these, they are temporary systems and will not work correctly with CrashPlan.

NOTE: For assistance with the VMware Horizon software itself, visit VMware's Client Documentation. For assistance with login issues or general application issues, contact ITAC.
