Public, Confidential, and Sensitive information can be used in the TXST Google Gemini enterprise application.
With Gemini, you can do the following:
- draft emails, outlines, or course materials
- create presentations and creative projects
- understand concepts or generate code
- automate tasks, summarize notes
- draft documents
- and so much more
To begin, go to Google Gemini and log in with your TXST Email Address and NetID Password. If you have a Google account (e.g., Gmail) and are automatically logged into that account, click the icon (e.g., your initial) in the upper right of the screen, then click Add Another Account.
NOTE:
If you already have a personal account with Google (e.g., Gmail), you will now have multiple accounts and profiles: Your personal account with all of the Google products you've subscribed to, and your TXST account. The TXST account will contain services subscribed to by the university. Google services such as Google One, Google Drive, and Google Workspace are not included in the TXST version.
