The Esports Technology Service provides comprehensive support and lifecycle management for esports computing environments within the LBJ Student Center. This service ensures that all esports systems are maintained in a high-performance, standardized, and ready-to-use state for students and staff.

Service offerings include system reimaging to restore baseline configurations, software installation and updates to maintain compatibility and performance, and technical support to address hardware or software issues. DSS Technology manages the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of esports equipment, working in coordination with Student Center staff to minimize downtime and ensure a consistent user experience.
