Purpose of Event Requests

Event Requests ensure that all Slate events are properly configured, branded, and linked to the appropriate audiences and workflows. The process supports consistency in registration, attendance tracking, and post-event communications.

  • Date(s), time(s), and location (in-person or virtual)
  • Target audience or population (prospects, admits, guests)
  • Registration or capacity limits
  • Staff assignments and notification preferences

Data and Reporting
