Before You Begin
This form may be used if you have been enrolled through The Graduate College during the last year and want to return to the same program you were previously enrolled in (example: enrolled in one fall term and not enrolling in the same program until the next fall term).
If you wish to enroll in a different program or status, you must complete an online admissions application and pay the fee associated with the application.
