Academic advisors can submit their verification here for a student who will soon be graduating from TXST. A student who is eligible for graduation qualifies for a one-time waiver of the excessive hours and/or course repeat fee. For the student to receive this waiver, an academic advisor must notify SBS to confirm their graduation eligibility.
These requests will be completed within 1-2 business day. Students will see the fee removed from their account the day after this request is processed. SBS will notify both the student and the academic advisor when the request has been completed.
