Request to Add or Remove Charges

Charge adjustment requests are usually made by certain departments with established charge detail codes that wish to charge a student for services, materials, or damages. If your department has been trained by SBS to complete your own adjustments directly onto student accounts, you can review the Departmental Charge Adjustment Procedure Guide. If you need assistance with this process, submit a request using the General Inquiries service option on the previous page.

This service can also be used to request the removal of certain fees such as a late payment fee, a late registration fee, or a payment plan fee.

Mandatory tuition and fees cannot be changed via charge adjustment.
