Doctoral students who accumulate 100 or more doctoral semester credit hours and fail to submit an excessive hours appeal to the Graduate College dean are charged the excessive hours fee each semester.
This service is for use by the Graduate College to submit the list of those students who should be charged each semester. This request must be submitted each term prior to the semester bill date.
