How to Complete the Student Teacher Evaluation of Cooperating Teacher and Student Teaching Faculty in ePortfolio

Student Teachers need to complete an evaluation of their Cooperating Teacher and Student Teaching Faculty. The evaluations remain anonymous, so please complete your evaluation honestly.

1. Login to ePortfolio.
2. Enter your NetID and Password.
3. Click the Student Teaching Field Experience in the Pending Tasks area. 
4. Click the Student Teacher's Evaluation of Cooperating Teacher or the Student Teacher's Evaluation of Student Teaching Faculty.
5. Click Select and complete the evaluation.
6. Click Add.
7. When you are finished with your entire binder, click Submit. Refer to the Checklist if you're unsure if your binder is complete.
