Logging into BobcatMail requires the use of Duo multi-factor authentication. Older methods of logging into Microsoft 365 do not support Duo and have been disabled. The below information will help you understand the best ways to access your BobcatMail on various devices.

- Outlook app - iOS 18 and later
- Built-in Mail and Calendar apps - iOS 18and later
- If you previously used the Mail and Calendar apps to access BobcatMail and view your calendar, you must delete and re-add your email account. Go to Settings and Passwords & Accounts to delete, then re-add your BobcatMail account.
- If you sync your phone's contacts with Microsoft 365, your contacts will delete but then re-appear a few hours after you re-add your TXST email account.
