Degree Audit Updates
Degree audit updates are provided by academic advisors and program directors. These updates ensure that students degree audits accurately reflect any new program requirements, course changes, or changes in the optimal graduation path for a student.
General Updates and Corrections
- A course is deleted and a new course needs to show
- Adding remarks to clarify information for advisors and students
- Re-arranging course positions within the audit
- Changing course and block descriptions
Catalog Changes
- Yearly/catalog term submissions of all program changes - name, hour, and course changes, etc.
- If needed, a complete re-work of the existing audit for a program for the next catalog year
Advising-Audit Changes
- Creating new blocks to assist with advising
- Changing what student information shows
