Registrar Owned LOGI Collections

Registrar LOGI Collections provide authorized faculty and staff with access to institutional data and reports owned and maintained by the Office of the University Registrar. These collections support registration, degree audits, academic records, and curriculum management. All requests route to the Office of the University Registrar for review and approval in line with data-security, FERPA, and institutional reporting standards.

Requests for access must be submitted by the employee's direct supervisor or division lead. 

Service Offerings

1. Request Access to a Registrar Owned LOGI Collection

  • Request new or updated access to a Registrar LOGI Collection
  • Access is granted by collection, not individual reports, and is limited to employees whose duties require visibility of student data
  • Requests must be submitted by the employee’s direct supervisor or division lead

2. Report an Issue with a Registrar Owned LOGI Report

  • Report data errors, missing information, or performance issues within a Registrar owned LOGI report
  • Attach screen shots of the error message or output whenever possible to help troubleshoot issues

3. Request an Update or Enhancement to a Registrar Owned LOGI Report

  • Request adjustments or enhancements to existing Registrar owned LOGI reports
  • Examples include adding or removing filters, updating data sources, or modifying report logic to match new business processes
  • All requests are reviewed for feasibility and alignment with institutional standards
