Use this service to submit or update final grades through Canvas, Texas State Self-Service (SSB9), or CSV upload. Each submission method aligns with Registrar policy and system integration.
Support is also available for making grade changes through the Change of Grade Application after grading deadlines.
Service Offerings
1. Submit Grades in Canvas
Enter and submit grades through Canvas Gradebook.
2. Submit Grades via Self-Service (SSB9)
Submit grades directly in Texas State Self-Service Banner.
3. Upload Grades via CSV
Upload grades using the Registrar’s secure CSV file submission process.
4. Change a Grade (After Semester has Ended)
Request a grade change using the Change of Grade Business App.
5. Ask Registrar
