Use this service to request configuration or data updates managed by the Office of the University Registrar’s Systems Team.
This includes creating, modifying, or granting access to Banner elements such as student or section attributes, cohorts, parts of term, and sponsor codes.
Each request is reviewed for accuracy, compliance with university data standards, and potential impact on registration, reporting, and degree progress.
Some updates may require review by the Student Information System Coordinating Council (SISCC) or Data, Analytics & Institutional Research (DAIR).
Service Offerings
1. Attributes and Cohorts for Students and Sections
Request a new student or section attribute/cohort. Request access to a new or existing attribute/cohort for users in your area. Requests for access must be submitted by a supervisor.
2. Part of Term (POT)
Request creation of a new Part of Term to be added to an existing term (semester).
3. International Student Sponsor Code
Request creation of a new sponsor code or access to an existing code.
4. Ask Registrar
