Block Calls in Microsoft Teams

Use this tutorial to block specific numbers and spam calls in Teams.

NOTE: This tutorial shows how to edit notifications in the desktop app, but the process is the same in the browser version and similar on mobile.

1. Select the Calls tab to view your recent call log.
   
2. Find the number you wish to block and click to open the more options (...) menu. Select Block. 
   
3. The number will now have BLOCKED next to it. To unblock, reopen the more options menu and select unblock. 
   
4. To review all blocked callers, open the Teams more options (...) menu in the top right corner and select Settings. 
   
    
5. In the Settings pop-up window, select Privacy, then Edit blocked contacts. 
   
   NOTE: You can also enable the Block calls with no caller ID setting, which should eliminate some spam calls.  
   
   This page allows you to review all the blocked numbers and unblock any that were done in error. Close the window or go Back to settings when finished.
